Terms of Service
These terms govern the access, utilization, and service agreements between registered educational institutions and the Namaskar School Management System platform.
1. Authorized Account Access
Access to school management features is restricted to verified administrators, teachers, and staff members. Account credentials must be kept confidential and may not be shared outside your institution.
2. Acceptable Use & Integrity
Users agree not to upload false staff records, malicious Excel payloads, or attempt unauthorized privilege escalation beyond their assigned Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) permissions.
3. Institution Ownership
Registered schools retain full intellectual property and ownership over all staff rosters, attendance logs, and curriculum records stored within their institutional database instance.
4. Service Availability & Uptime
While we target 99.9% system availability, scheduled maintenance or emergency database updates will be communicated in advance whenever feasible.
5. Modifications & Amendments
Namaskar School reserves the right to update these terms to reflect new platform capabilities or regulatory requirements. Continued portal usage signifies acceptance of updated terms.
