We are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of all student, staff, and institutional data processed within the Namaskar School platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect institutional metadata, staff records (Name, STF-ID, Designation, Mobile, Joining Date), daily attendance entries, and school affiliation details required to operate school management services.
2. How We Use Data
Collected data is strictly used for school roster administration, generating real-time attendance analytics, managing role-based access control, and executing bulk Excel processing requested by authorized school administrators.
3. Excel Upload & File Processing
Files uploaded through the Drag & Drop bulk parser are processed securely on isolated server buffers. Uploaded Excel files are parsed for roster validation and are never sold or shared with external third-party advertisers.
4. Encryption & Data Security
All API communications are encrypted via HTTPS / TLS. User authentication credentials and passwords are hashed using bcrypt with dynamic salts before storage.
5. Institutional Data Control & Rights
School administrators maintain full control over staff records and attendance data. SuperAdmin accounts can update, correct, or remove records at any time directly through the portal dashboard.
